What is Bioclear?

This unique method of dental bonding treats dental black triangles, gaps between teeth and other dental imperfections with the creation of highly cosmetic, strong and long-lasting restorations.

Bioclear® is a biocompatible technique that uses composite resin and plastic matrices to create harmonious shape of one or more teeth while keeping the integrity of the tooth. Rather than removing healthy tooth structure, the Bioclear method structurally reinforces the tooth while giving teeth a natural appearance. Treatment with Bioclear only requires removing damaged or infected tooth structure prior to treatment and has the ability to save and strengthen teeth.

How is Bioclear different from traditional Composite bonding?

Traditional composite bonding has a major role to play in cosmetic dentistry, but it can have some limitations as it can leave ledges and gaps at the margins, which accumulate bacteria leading to staining and bleeding gums. The Bioclear Method eliminates these ledges and gaps and restores the tooth’s natural profile making it stronger and more beautiful.
