Dr. Andrea Sauerwein, DDS

Dr. Andrea Sauerwein loves what she does as a dentist, from being able to help her patients stay healthy to feeling more confident in their smile. She was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry as it combines her loves for science and art. She finds fulfillment in educating patients and providing the best possible experience for every individual.

Dr. Sauerwein was born and raised in Nederland, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University for her undergraduate where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston where she graduated top of her class. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Sauerwein decided that although she loved the Windy City, she missed Texas dearly and has enjoyed calling Dallas home ever since.

Dr. Sauerwein is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. She prides herself in keeping up-to-date with the newest advances and latest technology in dentistry. She is an active member in her local DFW Invisalign Study Club, Spear Study Club, and Highland Park Premier Study Network.

Outside of dentistry, you can find Dr. Sauerwein enjoying the outdoors, going for an evening run, or reading a good book with her puppy, Stetson, curled up in her lap. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Dallas and enjoys giving back to the Dallas community.
